Abstract

Abstract— In this study, the implementation of wireless sensor network technology and the internet of things was implemented in greenhouse monitoring. By using WSN technology, it can facilitate the process of collecting data on monitoring the condition of a greenhouse environment if it consists of more than one greenhouse far apart - so that through wireless media it is very easy in the process of device installation. In each greenhouse consists of a node, whose task is to measure the value of temperature, humidity and intensity of light and then the node will send the sensor data to the base station. The base station functions to collect data that has been sent from several nodes. By using the Internet of Things system, sensor values that have been collected by the base station can be sent to the server. So that the condition of the greenhouse environment can be monitored easily through the media website in real time. The base station will also send SMS notifications if the greenhouse conditions are outside normal limits.
